What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Media
If you upload or provide images to use on our websites, you should avoid uploading or providing images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to our public websites can download and extract any location data from images found on the internet, including our website.
Contact forms
Our contact forms are used to communicate with us. We collect basic contact information and any messages you send us. This data is kept indefinitely and used to communicate with you.
Cookies
Internet cookies are small pieces of data that are sent from a website to be stored in the user’s computer through the browser. They are a way websites can remember more about you such as your browsing activity or terms you’ve previously entered into search bars, fields, and shopping carts.

Articles on our websites may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics
Who we share your data with
Administrators and vendors require information to fulfill our obligations to you. Vendors include technology partners that may outsource some of their work. All vendors are contractually required to follow our privacy policies when servicing our websites, including any vendor technology partners. We keep information sharing to a minimum and do not sell, rent, or otherwise give your data out to other entities.
Google Analytics
Our websites use Google Analytics as one of its tools in monitoring traffic. Our purpose in doing so is to gauge traffic and have our site listed in Google’s search engine. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, email us, or use our services requiring data entry, this information and its metadata may be retained indefinitely. This is so we can provide on going services to you and keep records of past services provided.
For users that register on our websites (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on our websites or in our systems, you can log in and see what personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You cannot request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. We are obligated to keep membership data for historical, administrative, legal, and security purposes.
